Armando is a business leader, entrepreneur, and founder of Synergies Plus Solutions, who is highly respected for his business acumen and insight. Throughout his career he has contributed to his community by serving on the Board of Directors of a variety of enterprises, including financial institutions, non-profit entities, hospitals, universities, government, trade associations, and religious organizations.
Retiring after 30 years as the leader and CEO of Credit Union ONE in Michigan, he chose to start a merchant processing enterprise as a pathway to share his knowledge and expertise with clients and potential clients. Armando is a leader by example who seeks to help others realize their potential best selves. Through Armando’s vision, Synergies Plus Solutions has evolved into an enterprise which provides advice and education to the industries it serves.
Mr. Cavazos lives his motto of “Doing the right thing – for the right reason – the right way.” His dedication to people and the community has demonstrated his commitment to serving people.
Armando, his wife, Kathy, their three children and seven grandchildren all live near each other in the metropolitan Detroit area.

John is the Synergies Plus Solutions operations executive with responsibility for its sales network and day-to-day operations. John has more than 20 years of finance, investment and financial planning expertise, and is known for assisting clients and prospects through education, quality service, and timely advice.
Mark Cavazos
Client Relations and Quality Service – Partner
Mark has executive responsibility for client relations and quality services. As an entrepreneur with more than twenty years of business ownership experience, Mark has the unique combination of business insight and expertise, personal drive, integrity, and people skills. Mark’s interactions with clients and prospects helps them improve their enterprise and focus on their business. Mark is known for doing the right things for the right reasons.
Cameron Wisler
Controller – Partner
Cameron has twenty-five years of business operations and management experience as a business owner. He has managed all aspects of a service industry, and has dealt with the influences of international competition. Cameron manages all of the accounting and related business functions of Synergies Plus Solutions.
Brian Halbesein
CEO and Founder, Propel Solutions
Brian is an entrepreneur with more than ten years of experience owning, managing, and operating his businesses. Brian established Propel Solutions to provide technology services to the rapidly expanding business community in southern Michigan. While growing and expanding to support businesses of all sizes, Propel Solutions has become known for great service, a responsive team, and for delivering quality products in a predictable manner with excellent service and timely project management.
